Cooperation instead of "lone fighter"
No company can be top in all areas.
The limits of one's own capacity and the demands of the market and the competitive environment often involve choosing one or more suitable partners in your strategic considerations.
"Cooperation" instead of "lone fighter" is then your credo. An entrepreneur benefits from cooperation concepts if the latter lead to a clearly advantageous market position or to a higher market or yield level when compared with the stand-alone version.
Cooperations may also be suitable instead of or before the conclusion of a corporate transaction. Then only a contractually agreed form of cooperation between participating companies is chosen instead of a company acquisition or participatory acquisition. Freedom of contract allows to flexibly arrange cooperations in various ways.
Special forms of cooperations are Strategic Alliances, Joint Ventures and Mergers.
